Our winemaker, Jeff Baker, believes that wine is food and should be paired harmoniously and enjoyed with other delicious foods.
Our model is first-growth Bordeaux-style wine. Without compromise, we seek deep color, a rich, sweet palate impression, and complex aromas and flavors that marry grape and oak nuances. We make balanced wines, expressive of terroir, delightful to drink when young, and crafted to gain subtlety and softness with age.
From each vintage, we produce three estate-grown wines, equivalent to a grand vin, second vin, and a white Bordeaux. Our flagship Cabernet Sauvignon is structured for extended aging, the Surround Red Bordeaux Blend invites earlier consumption, and our Sauvignon Blanc is crafted in a Bordeaux Blanc style.
