Reflecting in its furnishings and décor Leslie’s invitation to “Live Life Deliciously,” our 34-place dining room is where Collectors Cellar members and guests come for an immersion experience in gracious hospitality and exceptional food and wine.
Here, the talents of farmer, chef, and winemaker converge in vibrant seasonal cuisine paired with Stone Edge Farm wines. Menus created by Culinary Director and Executive Chef Fiorella Butron take inspiration from our organic farm, orchard, and vineyards. The culinary team sources the highest-quality ingredients of not only the season, but the very day of your visit.
